ORDERS CAN ONLY BE HELD FOR 24 HOURS ONCE THEY ARE FILLED SO PLEASE PLACE YOUR ORDER WHEN YOU ARE READY FOR YOUR CHICKS WITHIN 24 HOURS! This doesnt mean that you should automatically arrive to pick up chicks in 24 hours. You will get a text message that your order is ready and you can set up a pick up time. Most orders are filled within 3 weeks of placing them. Sometimes they are ready right away. Climate controlled transport is essential for healthy chicks.
It is important to keep them warm on the way home. Baby chicks need to be kept at 95 degrees for the first week of age and can withstand 5 degrees less each week as they get older. They can not be kept outside or without a heat lamp until the night time low is equal to the temperature they can handle. Please bring a box to transport your baby chicks home in. An appropriate box for chicks is a shoe box size. For older birds, please bring a larger box or crate.
If the need for cancellation of an order occurs, there is a 10% fee taken out of your payment and the rest will be refunded through paypal.
PLEASE READ OUR SEXING AND VACCINATION POLICY CAREFULLY. WE CAN NOT GUARANTEE TO 100% ACCURACY THE SEX OF ANY BIRD. MOST ARE SEXED TO 90% ACCURACY, BUT SOME BREEDS ARE 99% ACCURATE AND SOME ARE NOT SEXED AT ALL. WE DO VACCINATE FOR MAREKS. MEDICATED FEED IS NECESSARY TO PREVENT COCCIDOSIS.
